INVI MONITORING

MONITORING SYSTEM FOR EXTENDED OBJECTS
Hardware and software complex for monitoring extended objects (main oil and gas pipelines, highways and railways)

About technology

The INVI-Monitoring system for monitoring extended objects monitors pipelines and other extended objects using four physical principles:

  • Vibrations,
  • Soil displacement,
  • Changes in soil temperature,
  • The presence of methane in the casings of the gas pipeline crossing highways and railways.

During operation, light and sound indication of the location of the event is provided, with simultaneous display in tabular form of information about the type, location and time of operation.

Insert

Leakage

Unauthorized work along the pipeline

Presence of methane in the casings of gas pipeline crossings over highways and railways

Movement and soil (karst failures/landslides)

Pedestrian movement

Digging

Operation of earthmoving equipment

Change in soil temperature

Vehicle movement

The logic module is located inside the block box

The control center where the signal is processed and classified

The cable records vibroacoustic and temperature activity

The cable is located both underground and on the pipe body.

PLACING THE CABLE
ALONG THE PIPELINE

IN THE TRENCH

In a trench next to the pipe. Cable laying can be done both during and after pipe laying.

ON THE PIPELINE

On the body of the pipe. Can be used for pipes in the trench and on above-ground pipes.

IN PIPE INSULATION

In the body of the pipe insulation. Can be used for pipes in the trench and on ground pipes.

An option for using a fiber optic sensor (FOS) to record soil deformation

It can be used both along the pipe and by extending the cable to certain dangerous sections of the route (water crossings, marshy areas).
